Next, we prepare a detailed scope of works — including engineering plans, permits, and cost optimisation. This stage ensures your project is accurately priced, timelines are defined, and there are no surprises later on. You’ll receive a fixed-price contract and construction drawings ready for approval.
You’ll gain access to our online Selections Showroom, where you can explore finishes, colours, and fixtures curated for your project. This interactive platform allows you to choose items at your convenience and ensures materials are ordered on time — keeping your build on schedule and within budget.
Once your plans and selections are finalised, we’ll present your Fixed Price Contract for review. This includes a stage-by-stage payment schedule and detailed inclusions list. After acceptance, your 5% deposit confirms your build and locks in your construction date.
Our team gets to work, combining expert craftsmanship, premium materials, and best-practice methods to deliver exceptional results. You’ll have access to real-time updates through our Buildern Construction Management Software, keeping you informed at every stage.
Upon completion, we’ll walk through your new home or extension together to ensure everything meets our shared standards. You’ll receive all relevant warranties, documentation, and maintenance guides — backed by our Structural, Quality, and Satisfaction Guarantees.
