Once we are sure the plans meet your needs and cover the requirements of your build, we offer a Fixed Price Building Contract that confirms the entire cost of your project so you can be sure there will be no unexpected costs later. Any variations are discussed openly, with your approval required before changes are made.

How long does a typical build or renovation take?
Project timelines vary depending on scope, approvals, and weather conditions but on average, from the beginning of construction to the final handover, it can take 6 months. The initial approvals stage must also be kept in mind.
