A detailed builder's contract will include:
- multiple pages
- detailed scope of works specific to your plans
- your custom choices
- is part of the process between you and your builder to deliver the best results for your home and your budget

A Fixed Price Contract is:
- offered when the quote is accepted
- can only be altered by approved variations between you and the builder
- does not include PC sums for unexpected costs as everything has been accounted for
- provides a schedule of expected payments to allow for finance budgeting
